Echo received her Bachelor of Economics from Dongbei University of Finances and Economics in China and earned her Certified Public Accountant of China designation in 2002.
Echo has worked in accounting firms and enterprises in various auditing and accounting roles. She is the accountant for MaRS Innovation and its spin-off companies: Xaganic Inc., Centre of Commercialization for Regenerative Medicine, OtoSim Inc., and BedSide Clinical Systems, Inc.
